About the Company: for an outstanding Italian paper company, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an IT Manager Finance & Procurement.

Core responsibilities:
  • Manage Finance & Controlling, Consolidation & Procurement IT systems (i.e. SAP R/3, MS Dynamics 365, Tagetik, Jaggaer etc) and support the evolutions of others IT solutions in the Finance & Procurement applications map;
  • Lead or participate in central projects or in the local declination of the central projects, granting Group IT Strategy together with alignment on Business priorities;
  • Coordinate the team of internal and external;
  • Collect and analyse new requirements, addressing them to the relevant responsible for application or systems (internal or group team, vendor, infrastructure global team members, etc.);
  • Manage expectations and relations with local business leaders and stakeholders, of all the functional areas, prioritizing demands portfolio;
  • Strong collaboration with the others IT units (Production, Sales & Distribution) & Digital team to address reporting needs;
  • Accountable with the team for the day-to-day activities and incidents to increase quality of service delivered;
  • Identify problematic areas, designing and proposing solutions to be implemented;
  • Collaborate with the Local IT to maintain standards and functionality;
  • Support the annual IT budget preparation and tracking to ensure cost effectiveness.

Job requirements

Must have:
  • Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience;
  • Strong experiences in Finance & Procurement processes are a must i.e. Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC Finance processes), General ledger (i.e. Master Data Management, Closing Activities, Inventory valuation, Accounting Procedures, Treasury & Fiscal Compliance);
  • Strong experiences in Finance & Procurement applications i.e. SAP R/3, MS Dynamics 365, Tagetik, Jaggaer or others;
  • Proven ability in managing complex project programs by applying PM/PMO best practices;
  • At least 6/8 years of experience in IT in consultancy or manufacturing industry;
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Strong relational skills and capability to collaborate with the different functions of the company;
  • Strong leadership skills: proactivity, drive, communication, ability to influence;
  • Experience managing teams in a modern IT environment;
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, reaching goals in time and on budget within a continuous transforming environment;
  • Previous experiences in software development or customizations is a plus.​
