About the Company: for a multinational company operating in the Food Supplements sector, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an IT Manager.

Core responsibilities

• Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization's overall business goals and objectives;
• Building and leading a team of IT professionals;
• Liasing with partners and suppliers;
• Overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure in compliance with security standards and best practices.

Must Have:

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture;
• Excellent knowledge of Windows operating system;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Dynamics, Active Directory;
• Knowledge of ERP systems;
• Experience in Project Management and coordinating an internal team, vendors and external partners;
• Fluency in oral and written English and Italian.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in ERP migration;
• Previous experience in the manifacturing sector;
• Knowledge of security systems.
