About the Company: for a multinational market leader in the consumer electronics, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a SAP FI/CO Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities:
- The selected person will be placed in a dynamic context and will take care of the Help Desk 1 support service, interfacing directly with the users, suppliers and the Mediamarkt Saturn Group Technology department.
- Playing the role of main contact for finance and accounting departments in order to provide technical support (how-to, issue resolution and service request) with regards the SAP and accounting systems.
- Managing user testing and training when new patches released by the Group Sap-Service Office.
- Gather local business request and run impact analysis supporting Group Sap-Service Office customizing (for example, new VAT codes, changes to printers, customizing new stores, changes to existing objects, etc.).
- Monitor, control, analyze, and support the correct execution of the optical archiving procedure.
